Eco Friendly Vino
Are you a green oenophiliac ? A sustainable sommelier ? Can you think of no better way to put the chill on global warming than with a tall glass of riesling? If so, then you know there are few things in life better than a sweet swig of vino made with eco-love by winemakers who actually care.
Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery founded in 1993 with the vision of producing premium, expressive and innovative wines conveying the spirit of the New World. The name refers to the company’s geographic position; it represents wines proudly made in South America’s Southern Cone, on whose western edge lies Chile and its gifted wine valleys. Their logo also evokes a freehand drawing of the silhouette of South America.
They are widely known as a South American winery committed to the environment, and in 2007 they became the first winery in the world to obtain carbon-neutral status in terms of their delivery. Along with their carbon-offsetting project, they have also launched an aid campaign for indigenous people.
I loved their Tag line ” no family trees, no dusty bottles, just quality wines”.

The proof of the pudding is in tasting it.. Lao Aju, one cannot comment on wines without being able to sip these lovely wines.
Beautiful logo. I am personally obsessed with the role of Cycles in our everyday life.
I wish I could contribute a picture to further on the conversation
