Paper Boat

On the occasion of COP15-Copenhagen wish to share this wonderful & relevant short film ..
My Paper Boat is the story of a little boy, we keep meeting somewhere or rather everywhere in the heart of India. He lost his play space due to the drought. He is now confused on where to leave his paper boat. So he is looking around for various means to make it move. For him, the hot sun is the villain who took off his comforts, but we know the reality. He is still on his search for an option. The protagonist here represents the displaced population due to global warming. Submitted by Arun Bose, India
When in India a community has to collect and sell their blood so they can pay for a Tanker of Water, you know that we are already in a desperate situation. And for those that think they live in an oasis of plenty, need to know that the wars that will tear this whole planet apart when there is just not enough food or water to go around are too terrible to comprehend.
