Seasons
Realize that Christmas is a pause.
The word is beautiful and the idea
behind it more beautiful.
Christmas is not just for children.
To believe that is to believe that innocence
without knowledge is better than
understanding and faith and grace.
To be clever about Christmas
is to be profoundly stupid.
The early springtime of the spirit,
Christmas is renewal and joy…
Wishing all entropy’s friends & readers Seasons Greetings …

“Christmas is renewal and joy…”
Yes it is, and it reminds me the following words
I do not remember the author of this poem but..
here is the writing
The Four Candles burned slowly.
The atmosphere was so quiet
we could hear their conversation.
The first says:
”I am Peace!
However nobody
manages to keep me lit.
I think I will extinguish me.”
Its flame diminished quickly
and it went out completely.
The second said:
”I am Faith!
Now I am no longer indispensable,
it makes no sense
I stays on longer.”
When she had finished speaking,
a breeze blew on it and extinguished it.
Sad, the third candle was manifested in turn:
”I Love!
I have no strength to stay lit.
People leave me aside and
do not understand my importance.
They even forget to love those
which are close to them.”
And without further ado, she died.
Suddenly … between a child
and saw the three unlit candles.
”Why are you off?
You had to be lit until the end”
In saying this, the child began to cry.
Then the fourth candle spoke:
”Do not worry, as I have my flame
we can light the other candles,
I am Hope! ”
With shining eyes,
the child took the Candle of Hope …
and lit the others three.
May Hope never goes out
from our hearts and may each of us
be the needed tool to maintain
Hope, Faith, Peace and Love!
