Carl Sagan so eloquently portrayed this most important human characteristical flaw is his book, “Contact”. I loved that book, not because it was full of really neat alien contact stuff, but because it showed a mirror of us (Humans) feeding back on ourselves into infinity. The simple truth is, Humans need to believe in something…even if its nothing. We are and always will be creatures that require proof where the proof cannot be proven and in that dance of confusion, faith if born.
